The title of this painting is a tribute to one of my all time favorite bands: Green Day. Their song of a similar title reflects a lot of the emotion that this portrait represents. The inspiration for this portrait comes from a memory that is best remembered as a good day in my life. I feel it's important to remember the good times, as life is full of experiences and we can only take it as it comes.
